The amazing Greenpebble, puppet magician extraordinaire, likes to read about puppets at the library.
Ask you local librarian about their books on Puppetry. See him perform his magic at a performance of "At The Hop".

The Asheville Puppetry Alliance
An organization of Western North Carolina Puppeteers. The Asheville Puppetry Alliance presents a Young Audience Series during the school year, A Day of Puppetry in the Spring and a Puppetry Slam for a more mature audience.
 

Puppeteers of America
The Puppeteers of America is an organization dedicated to the art of puppetry. Find out more about the regional and national puppetry festivals, local puppetry guilds, the puppetry store, audiovisual library, consultants and the Puppetry Journal.
Center for Puppetry Arts
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the Center for Puppetry Arts is one of the largest organizations in the United States dedicated to the art of puppetry. The Center is a magical place where adults as well as children can be entertained, educated and enlightened about all forms of puppetry.
